The Regional Director of Sales

Now, we’re expanding in Berlin and looking for a dedicated Regional Sales Director to drive our growth across the DACH region.

Location:Berlin, Germany

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement regional sales strategies aligned with company goals.
  • Monitor KPIs (e.g., recruitment rates, active distributors, active club members, average order value).
  • Conduct regular regional performance analysis and adjust tactics accordingly.
  • Sales Strategy and Execution
  • Field Leadership & Distributor Support
  • Coach top leaders and support them in developing their downlines.
  • Help onboard new distributors and provide training on compensation plans, compliance, and product knowledge.
  • Organize regional events, leadership meetings, and recognition programs.

Recruitment and Expansion:
  • Partner with marketing to localize recruitment campaigns.
  • Identify and mentor emerging leaders within the region.
  • Analyze demographic and market trends to identify new growth opportunities.

Communication and Alignment:
  • Act as the voice of the field to the home office, bringing back feedback and insights.
  • Ensure alignment with brand values, operational procedures, and sales ethics.
  • Collaborate with departments like Product, Marketing, Customer Service, and Compliance.

Compliance and Ethics
  • Monitor field activity for adherence to company policies and compensation plan regulations.
  • Support corrective action when unethical practices are observed.

Requirements
  • Industry-Specific Competencies (MLM, Direct Selling, beauty industry, FMCG group).
  • Deep understanding of direct selling/MLM structures and dynamics.
  • Experience working with or managing independent sales/distribution teams.
  • Familiarity with DACH regulatory requirements for direct selling.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Data-Driven Decision-Making: strong command of sales analytics and CRM systems.
  • Language: English (Fluency in both English and Spanish is preferred).
