Deputy Country Manager in Vilniaus
We are looking for a hands-on and strategic Deputy Country Manager in Vilniaus, Lithuania to support and strengthen our local operations, with a strong focus on team leadership, marketing coordination, and business development. You’ll work closely with the Country Manager and international HQ to ensure business goals are met and exceeded.

What you’ll do:
Develop and implement the go-to-market strategy for Coral Club in Lithuania, aligned with global objectives
• Drive revenue growth by building and maintaining strong relationships with local distributors and key partners
• Lead and coordinate a cross-functional team (up to 12 members) across operations, finance, sales, customer service, and logistics
• Plan and execute regional marketing initiatives, brand activations, and community events to increase brand visibility and engagement
• Ensure full compliance with local legal, tax, and regulatory requirements, including product certification and market entry standards
• Oversee financial operations including budgeting, expense control, and accurate reporting in coordination with HQ

What we’re looking for:

• Proven leadership experience in sales, marketing, or operations (ideally 3+ years) within wellness, FMCG, direct sales, or related industries
• Strong business acumen and a strategic mindset — you know how to identify growth opportunities and turn them into results
• Excellent team management skills — you can lead, motivate, and develop cross-functional teams
• Hands-on attitude — you're not afraid to dive into day-to-day operations while keeping the big picture in mind
• Fluent English and Lithuanian are required; Russian is a strong advantage
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills — you’re confident working with distributors, partners, and internal teams
• Cultural agility and adaptability — experience in multicultural or international environments is a plus
• Results-driven and proactive, with the ability to work independently and take ownership
