Customer Service Specialist
Purpose:
 Ensure effective communication with current and potential clients as part of a special project - including information support, invitations, customer engagement, reactivation and feedback collection.

Key Responsibilities1. Outbound Calls (based on the company database):
● Inform clients about promotions, products, events, and new launches.
● Invite clients to meetings, Zoom presentations, and offline events.
● Reactivate “inactive” clients (those who haven’t engaged for 3+ months).
Feedback Collection and Processing:
● Record client interests, objections, questions, and call outcomes.
● Provide summarized information to the supervisor.
Reporting and Data Management:
● Maintain daily reports on client status, results, and next steps.
● Segment clients by category (e.g., potential customer, product interest, business interest, etc.).
Communication via Messengers:
● Send and duplicate invitations and information via WhatsApp, Telegram, etc.
Provide clients with links, reminders, and follow-up messages.

Requirements
Native Spanish speaker (Spain) — required.
● Clear, articulate communication skills.
● Confident phone communication.
● Organized, accurate, and responsible approach to work.
● Experience in sales or customer service is a plus.
● Additional languages are an advantage.
