Marketing Manager, Warsaw, Poland

Scope of Responsibilities:

Preparing and implementing marketing projects
Planning and co-creating performance marketing campaigns
Monitoring campaign effectiveness by analyzing data from advertising panels and reports
Achieving set goals based on defined KPIs
Preparing and updating reports and summaries in Excel (Google Sheets) according to established guidelines
Actively proposing and implementing new solutions for the e-commerce channel
Co-creating and coordinating online marketing projects
Providing organizational and administrative support

Requirements:

Native-level proficiency in Polish (required)
Good command of English and Russian
Strong planning, analytical thinking, prioritization, and decision-making skills
Responsibility, accuracy, diligence, and creativity
High personal culture and excellent time management
Previous experience in marketing will be an advantage
