Supporting the existing sales team (distributors) Establishing and developing cooperation with regional distributors Creating and maintaining conditions that foster effective distributor–client cooperation, including product presentations, communication procedures, and marketing campaigns Motivating and supporting distributors by providing the latest updates and information Analyzing key performance indicators (KPIs) for the assigned region Inspiring and encouraging distributors to achieve set goals Monitoring the regional market and its development Collaborating with the analytics department based on statistical data
Requirements:
Minimum of 2 years of professional experience (experience in the health and beauty industry will be an advantage) Strong communication and negotiation skills Ability to make key decisions, solve problems, and maintain a client-oriented approach Knowledge and understanding of network marketing (will be considered an asset) High proficiency in Polish and Russian, both spoken and written
